It was excellent and worth every penny! I only wish we had arrived earlier in the day to stay longer.

The route described was not taken. Disappointed. Rest the boat and service was good.

The boat is very crowded and there is no comfortable place, the tables are next to each other, the food has no options as mentioned in the coupon description, the food is bad and all of it is bones, not delicious, the trip was very bad, the music is very loud, the reception was very rude

Grosse déception. Mauvaise expérience sur cette croisière que je déconseille à tous. Description de la croisière ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité. Dinner pas international mais seulement indien et plats trop piquant, boissons dans des petits verres jetables ( un jus et coca ) , le circuit est très court. Le bateau dégage une fumée affreuse étouffante avec la chaleur du climat et l’humidité en plus 🥵. Trop de monde + fument cigarettes , ambiance pas terrible. Même avec le prix groupon c’est trop pour cette expérience assez médiocre. Big disappointment. Bad experience on this cruise that I advise against everyone. Description of the cruise does not really correspond to reality. Dinner not international but only Indian and too spicy dishes, drinks in small disposable glasses (a juice and coke), the circuit is very short. The boat gives off a terrible suffocating smoke with the heat of the climate and the humidity in addition 🥵. Too many people + smoking cigarettes, atmosphere not great. Even with the groupon price it's too much for this rather mediocre experience.

We went to the place for cruise on the confirmed date and GUESS WHAT? the cruise wasn't available. The staff on the ground told us that the cruise was not operational on the day because of technical issues and no one informed us of the same. We went there to celebrate my mother in laws 86th birthday. Imagine the disappointment for all 12 people in the family we booked for. staff present there told us to deal with SGT who did not answer their phones at all leaving us stranded and to make it worse till date they are not refunding our money back making all the excuses possible.

The cruise was very congested as they were accommodating more people. Poor seating arrangement. No space to move freely. The food was very low in quality and the Briyiani was served without meat, it was stale. I complaint to the staff but no one responded properly. I tried to call the Municipality to complaint about the food but my Family said let it go. Never encountered the sight seeing what they mentioned in the "inclusions". Worst experience I had.
