Report Illegal Content
Groupon supports a safe, predictable and trustworthy online environment as a provider of online platforms. In this endeavour, we provide an online form (the “Form”) to allow any individual or entity (the “Notifying Party”) to notify us of the presence on our platform of specific items of information (the “Content”) that the Notifying Party considers to be illegal, or to infringe intellectual property rights, or to be in contrast with our Terms and Conditions.
Illegal Content refers to any item of information that under the applicable law is either itself illegal, or it relates to illegal activities.
If you have a good faith belief that any Content on Groupon’s website is illegal, or infringes intellectual property rights, or is in contrast with our Terms and Conditions, please fill out the Form below to submit a notice in an electronic format.
Groupon may provide the party responsible for the Content (“Responsible Party”) with the contact details of the Notifying Party, where this information is necessary to identify the illegality of the content, such as in cases of infringements of intellectual property rights. By submitting this form, or submitting a claim via mail, you agree that Groupon can provide this information to the Responsible Party.
If the issue you wish to report does not involve illegal content, abuse of our T&Cs, or infringements of intellectual property rights, another avenue of communication with Groupon may be more appropriate.
