Breakfast menu is good, staff are great especially Elias. I like the pool since it has a covered part and the water temperature is warm. The pool attendant is friendly. As 1st time visitors, my family had a great time here. Will surely come back next time.

My friend and myself had gone for an Iftar at the Gallery on Thursday - the 20th of March 2025. It was very disappointing! The restaurant was completely packed, as there was also a company Iftar party being held there. There was a shortage of food, dishes were not being refilled, no proper cutlery and they were definitely understaffed. The restaurant just could not manage the crowd.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant, which turned out to be the worst I have had during Ramadan. Firstly, there was no variety in the food options. I felt as if I were in an Indian restaurant, as most of the dishes seemed to be of Indian origin. The taste of the food was extremely poor, and I genuinely struggled to find something suitable to eat. Additionally, the food that ran out was not replenished, leaving us with limited choices. Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. There were no forks on the table, and despite requesting them multiple times from the waiter, they were never provided. When I made my reservation, I specifically asked for a table away from the center of the restaurant. However, I was seated right in the middle, which made the dining experience even more uncomfortable.
