I’d recommend going with a different company for a better customer service experience. Our reservation was changed twice before we got there and when we arrived, they took another booking which came late rather than ours who came on time. We had to wait another 30 minutes and completion of experience was rushed due to closing time of 6:30pm. One of the jet skis kept shutting off during the experience as we had booked 2 jet skis for two 30 min experiences. Don’t understand they had multiple jet skis lined but only two in use.

The location on Groupon is completely wrong. I had to take 2 taxis. The experience was okay, the view was nothing special, there is no cold shower and the jetski aren’t so new. However the staff is cordial and apart from the taxi everything went fine.

Originally tried to book it a while back and he said I didn't give enough notice so I had to pay the regular rate, which I did. Showed up an there was nobody else there and it looked like they weren't even working, and it still took almost an hour to set things up and get out on the water so clearly he just didn't want to allow the voucher. Then, I tried to use the coupon another time and booked it through WhatsApp as instructed but had to reschedule and they marked the voucher as used then stopped replying to me or answering my calls. Untrustworthy
