I was not that satisfied with the service delivery of the Admin staff or front line desk staff, it s felt like they discriminate group on voucher customer and direct walk in customers in terms of providing the service deliverable.
The staff at desk was so firm and not at flexible and also he or she lack in terms of product knowledge
However, the Tinting technician was good enough and his work was good.
I recommend to be equal fare to all customers rather the front or admin staff see voucher customer difference as they pay less money
