... we had a great time! staffs are very friendly and helpful too.. over all, it was a memorable experience to us. Thank you to Danat Al Ain Staffs and crew...
nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Food was good and they took care of our every need as we had young children. Haider took care of everything. Would recommend a stay here
Second time in 2 months we have gone. Great every time. Dinner buffet has improved, breakfast is still amazing. Deluxe oasis room is definitely worth it to rather upgrade than the standard room.
Loved our stay here!! Definitely one of the best hotels in Al Ain offering a warm and cozy environment.
Really great stay, lovely staff. Only losing points because we (and other guests) consistently struggled with our access cards - access cards wouldn’t work for our hotel doors, or the elevators.
Also, when we went, the kiddies indoor play area was closed - keen for that to be opened.
Massage was great, nail salon also lovely. Pool was fantastic with separate and spacious kids area. Dinner buffet was okay, but my gosh - breakfast easily beat any 5*hotel. Over-all, great stay and we’ve already booked our return visit!
Extra shout-out to Jean for helping us with a last minute reservation despite it being peak season during Eid break.
Overall, an excellent property and hospitable staff.
The dinner (buffet) spread however was disappointing.
By contrast, breakfast was a huge spread with Indian dishes as well
There was a huge poolside party organized for an external party --- music, lights, etc. --- not something we opted for and we informed the check-in staff. They graciously transferred us to a different side of the hotel.
The hotel is quite dated, but comfortable enough. The food overall was pretty good. It was value for money with this voucher, otherwise not.
The dinner is fine but needs more selection. The breakfast is great anyway.
I stayed at the Danat Hotel in Al Ain for a family staycation and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience at the hotel's restaurant. We had a dinner package included with our stay, and after our meal, I took an open bottle of water from our table as we left the restaurant. While my wife went to the washroom, another guest asked the restaurant manager, Mr. Osama, for a bottle of water.
The manager informed him that water was not allowed to be taken out of the restaurant. He then noticed I had an open bottle of water and made the other guest pay for his bottle. To my surprise and embarrassment, Mr. Osama took the water from me, despite it being already opened and used at our table. This felt unnecessary and was a very embarrassing situation, especially considering it was just a bottle of water.
I am deeply concerned about the behavior of the restaurant manager, Mr. Osama. Such rigid enforcement over something as minor as a bottle of water significantly detracted from our overall experience. I hope the hotel management looks into this matter to ensure a more pleasant and customer-friendly experience for future guests.
Dusty rooms and carpets the pool very full its like they are selling daypass for pool thats why. and only one pool open so its very crowded
