Every thing went to plan. Pick up wagon was spacious and comfortable. One pit stop before we went in to the desert. We had an amazing awakening , all around us hot air balloons being blown up in the Horizon as the sun was rising . An amazing scene and a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was basic, but not necessary. The captain informed us about safety issues and how to board the baskets how to conduct ourselves in the baskets, and there was about 30 people in the basket . We were well briefed from the captain. We took off over the desert to spectacular scenery of the desert with a run commentary from the captain about the scenes around us an absolutely amazing tour. One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever done in my life. highly recommended. We landed safely and we’re taken back to the city safely to enjoy the rest of our day.

One important warning for short-time tourists - it is probably not for you- the balloon experience relies very much on the weather. You need to be prepared for the necessity to change the date because of safety concerns - and you won't get a refund of your voucher in that case.
The hot air balloon experience was worth it. It wasn’t scary like I thought it would be, I was already calm and enjoying the ride within 5 seconds after lifting up. There was no shaking or turbulence of any kind like in an airplane. I have a fear of some heights but was perfectly fine through the whole thing. All the workers were very nice and friendly! our driver Marsha was very likeable and friendly as well. It was a calm and enjoyable experience, i’d do it again and already recommended it to my friends who stay in dubai!

Pour moi qui est le vertige, là je n ai rien ressenti. Le chauffeur est venu nous chercher à l hôtel,à l heure prévue, très gentil.
Arrivé au camp nous avons eu du café puis nous sommes monté dans la Montgolfiere. C est vraiment incroyable de voir le lever du soleil en altitude et de contempler les montgolfières dans le ciel.
Le pilote était très sympathique et amusant.
De retour au camp nous avons eu droit à un super petit-déjeuner fait avec amour.

They pick you up and take you back from your residential. We even went to a farm with camel ride, horses, and falcon.

We had a good time although wasn't able to see the sunrise due to foggy weather, just a concern of what they said of 24hr app customers service, it is not true. And up to this time we don't receive our certificate or offer us the video...
