Good service and delicious food. This is our 4th time at El Chico.
Located on the 2nd floor of World Trade Center, it is far from the noise.
The waitress was very attentive and offered great suggestions to make the best value of our voucher.
Sizable portions.

We dined at the WTC branch. There was no one to attend to us or take order. I had to knock on kitchen to call someone so we could place order. We were told they have only 1 cook, and they were closing and not willing to accept order even though it was just 9.30pm. Fortunately 3 out of 5 dishes we were served were good. But overall the vibe was dull. Looks like they are understaffed. I will not recommend to anyone.
