I stayed throughout the grooming session. One staff member did the bath & blow dry, while another helped brushing the fur. Unfortunately, the second person was brushing and pulling at the tangled fur, causing discomfort for my cat. I immediately informed them to avoid this & simply trim the tangled fur as I explained before the start of the grooming. They understood & made necessary changes.
