A friend recommended Fairmont the Palm for afternoon tea in the Mashrabiya Lounge, saying it was a favourite. We are so glad we took her advice as it really was exceptionally good. The food was perfect (the scones were freshly made and still warm when served) as were the staff. The service was exemplary, particularly from Deepak, Nilu and Mark who were unquestionably attentive. We really could not have asked for more. We would not hesitate to recommend Fairmont the Palm for afternoon tea and will definitely return if we are in Dubai again. 5* all round.

Phenomenal Christmas-themed afternoon tea with such attention to detail! Food was delicious, atmosphere relaxed and delightfully festive with brilliant hospitality. Thoroughly recommend!

Our waitress Cherry was at the beginning and then others came, as polite and nice as Cherry!
