The therapist who did the foot reflexology was very good but I think the customer service could be improved! I wasn’t offered a drink, one of the therapists nearby seemed to be watching a film out load on her phone (so not very relaxing!) and when I asked to leave a tip on my card, the girl at reception asked ‘Is that all?’ 🤣

Lady who did my Treatment was good but Awful front of house service. Told me I got my appointment wrong and tried to blame me. They did not ask for my voucher when I arrived and got my service wrong, I thought I was getting mani pedi and reflexology but got one hour massage/body scrub, I did not complain as I thought they were just accommodating me. I wasn’t going to write a review but they called me three hours after my service that I owe them 50 AED after they scanned my voucher and said everything was ok. Paid remaining amount but service was awful. Old and not well maintained.
