Christine was fantastic! Spa facilities were very nice and well kept. However, it was too spacious and sterile feeling. It felt hollow, like it needed some thoughtful touches to make the space feel less like I was at work or at the doctor's office. Despite all of the space, the dry sauna room was super small and the relaxation lounge only seats 3 people. Still, the massage was great which is the main thing I came for, so that's a major win! This spa location, while it's a cool novelty to get a service in the Burj Khalifa, is not recommended for those coming and going on foot. There is no access from the adjoining Dubai Mall (it's for residents only, although the At The Top tourists can come through a similar entrance directly from the mall). This means you have to come and go via a 5 minute walk along the street (in the summertime heat). Not very relaxing to have to walk the street after a spa service.
