Terms and Conditions for Grooming Services with Groupon Voucher

1. Voucher Validity: Groupon vouchers are valid only during the specified promotional period. Ensure to check the expiry date on your voucher.
2. Booking and Reservations: Prior appointment is required. Please call/whats app us 056-689-1655 to book your grooming session. Mention your Groupon voucher code and expiration date when booking.
3. Voucher Redemption: E-vouchers must be presented at the time of service. The voucher code must be provided when making the reservation.
4. Any additional services will incur extra charges especially if the dog or cat is aggressive and needs sedation.
5. Restrictions: Vouchers are valid for dogs and cats only.
6. Limitations: Only one Groupon voucher can be used per visit. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
7. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
8. Non-Refundable: Groupon vouchers are non-refundable to the Clinic. They should contact the website of Groupon and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
