The Experience
Experience hiking and sightseeing in Nepal and learn about the country’s culture.
Chandragiri Hill, located 7km from Thankot, lies in the South West of Kathmandu Valley, 2551 metres above sea level. Soaring peaks and breathtaking views of the whole Kathmandu Valley covered with a lush green blanket of flora makes Chandragiri a truly pristine landscape. The panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges, from Annapurna to Everest, make travellers feel as if they can see the whole of Nepal.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Meet and greet at the airport with a representative; drive to the hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast, drive to Chandragiri cable car station. Ride the cable car to the top of Chandragiri Hill to admire the views of Annapurna, Mount Everest, Ganesh Himal and Kathmandu Valley. Drive back to Kathmandu for a tour of sightseeing. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Day 3: Breakfast, then hike to Nagarkot for 3 hours. See sunset views and drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 4: After breakfast, day to be spent at leisure in Kathmandu, then departure to airport for next destination/flight home.
