Five group classes of 60-minutes each valid for one month after purchase. All classes on offer except for Zumba

The following classes are offered: 

Build for Battle, Body attack, Jumbo, Commando, Abs and Core, Fierce n' tough, Jacked and Tanned, Yoga and Glutes.

The classes are conducted by our highly qualified and capable coaches on various days of the week with the first classes in the mornings at 7am and the evening classes starting at 5 or 5:30pm depending on the day.

The classes are 60 minute long with a maximum of 8 participants per class in adherance with the social distancing mandate.

Changing rooms and showers are available with in the facilities.
