Fine Print
Must be 4 or older. Valid days and hours: daily 9am to 5pm. 48-hour cancellation notice required Booking required by phone or email, contact +971 4 208 1455 or 800 359 (FLY) Toll Free, or email tours@daw.ae and pinho@daw.ae and provide Groupon codes. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight will incur a surcharge of 100% of the booking value. Passengers are required to bring a photo ID or passport to the check-in area. Maximum 2 kids of 4-12 yrs allowed to fly with family. Should the client be in the 7th or later month of pregnancy, a valid doctor's certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically able to fly. Must arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. Flights operate for groups of 4 or 5 people. Arriving late may result in loss of appointment, no refund will be offered. In case of late arrival or no-show, the merchant reserves the right to offer the flight to another customer 15 minutes before the scheduled time, unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours. The merchant reserves the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to the passengers or crew. A helicopter AS350 B3 can accommodate up to 5 passengers. Any footage taken may not be used for commercial purposes; personal cameras must be limited to lenses under 400mm. Flight routes and duration are subject to change. In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of merchant's control, the flight may be cancelled at a short notice without any charges being applied to the client; alternative date will be offered. Safety equipment included. Limit 2 per person(s), may buy 2 additional as gift(s). Valid only for option purchased. May be repurchased every 30 days.
