- Recommended for people who seek to understand their dosha, manage stress and restore their energy. Ayurvedic therapies vary between 60-90 minutes. It helps to support the body to detoxify and regenerate on a deep level.
- Ayurvedic healing will begin with a traditional ancient Indian method of a comprehensive consultation, designed to understand each client’s body constitution. An eight-fold examination process includes a pulse diagnosis that will create a picture of any imbalances and establishes the appropriate Ayurveda treatments or practices for each individual.
Ayurvedic treatments aim to:
