- A signed Indemnity Disclaimer Form is required for bashing, sandboarding, quad biking, and buggy riding. Refusal to sign releases the provider from responsibility.
- The customer must sign the disclaimer form and present one original ID at the counter upon arrival
- Please follow the guide's instructions, wear safety gear, and drive carefully at your own risk.
- Desert activities may be cancelled due to uncontrollable factors including weather, government interference, personal safety, and industry disputes.
- The provider is not responsible for any damages, theft, lost or stolen items in the guest area on our premises
