The Deal

Two, four or six diners are invited to sit down to a set menu of traditional Lebanese cuisine, with a four-course meal. Guests will start off with a selection of cold meze, followed by hot mezze, main course dishes and, finally, dessert. All dishes from the following set menu will be served.

Cold Mezze:
* Hummus
* Moutabel (smoked eggplant with tahini and olive oil)
* Muhammara (bread crumbs, walnut, cashew nut and chili paste)
* Fattoush salad (marinated spring vegetables with olive oil and sumac)
* Tabouleh (parsley, tomato and onion with olive oil and lemon juice)

Hot Mezze:
* Lamb kibbeh
* Meat sambousek
* Cheese rakakat
* Spinach fatayer

Main Course:
* Shish taouk
* Shish kebab
* Kofta kebab
* Lamb cutlets

Dessert:
* Umm Ali (Li Beirut traditional umm ali and date honey biscotti)
* Fresh fruit platter

The Merchant

Le Beirut is a Lebanese restaurant nestled within the Jumierah Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
