All Guests should bring their EMIRATES I.D. (Not expired) or Original Passport only. This is for Coast Guard permission purposes only. Without the mentioned identification, the coastguard will not give us permission to sail. We will not entertain refund or rebooking if the guests forgot to bring the mentioned identification.
- Rescheduling (by clients) should be done 96 hours before your trip. Otherwise, you have to pay 50% of the total amount for rescheduling fee
- Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 12 hours in advance.
- Must be 16 or older.
- Excludes bank holidays
- Downpayment is non-refundable. Refund will only be given in case there is bad weather or technical problem. In case of bad weather, clients can either reschedule or refund.
