Pick-up and drop off valid in Dubai only. Pick-up and drop-off from Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Jebel Ali or other Emirates are surcharged. Send the following information and documents along with the booking: copy of passport or any Govt. ID for each passenger, (mandatory) guest name, age, weight, pick-up location/hotel name, room number and mobile number. Maha Balloons will confirm the booking once they receive the email and the payment. Edited flight video via email is chargeable 200 AED per booking.
