Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. Printed voucher must be presented. Departure from Near Burj Al Arab. Check-in at least 50 minutes prior to the flight time, with the original passport or official photo ID. Every passenger is insured with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorities regulations. Wear light, comfortable clothing; hats and scarves are not permitted for safety reasons. Only smartphones, cameras, and sunglasses are permitted onboard. Complimentary lockers are available for the valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted onboard. Pregnant women can only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy at their own risk. People with limited mobility or people with disabilities can only fly when accompanied by a paying adult that takes full responsibility for getting them to and from the helicopter.
