Diners can head to Ewaan at the five-star hotel of The Palace Downtown Dubai for this lunch or dinner buffet. It’ll feature a diverse selection of continental and Arabic cuisine, and a host of live cooking stations. Meals can be taken either inside amid tall arches and Arabic architecture, or outdoors on the poolside terrace. Alongside their food, guests can sip a soft drink or glass of water. Lunch is held everyday except Friday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, dinner is held daily from 7pm to 11.30pm. Starting in September, Wednesday night has a BBQ theme.

The Merchant
The Palace Downtown Dubai is an award-winning, five-star hotel located within easy reach of major commercial centres including the Dubai Mall and the World Trade Centre, as well as the airport. Intricately decorated with Middle Eastern motifs and rich colours, it boasts 242 guest rooms of varying sizes including the opulent Imperial Suite. Guests can choose from a range of restaurants featuring international and traditional Arabic cuisine to sate hunger pangs. Ewaan is an all-day dining restaurant that serves a blend of Arabic and Oriental specialities including a large selection of mezzeh. Diners can enjoy shisha and live music on the terrace, or relax in a private dining alcove. Asado serves up meat grills in an authentic Argentinian style, alongside a host of beverages from the South American country. The intimate Thiptara serves Thai cuisine with a focus on Bangkok-style seafood, and offers seating in a relaxed interior or outside overlooking the Dubai Fountain.

The tasty cuisine in the various restaurants has also won plaudits from reviewers.
