Located in the four-star Auris Inn Al Muhanna Hotel, UCCI Sushi Restaurant boasts modern decor with dynamic convex shapes and gentle lighting. The restaurant specialises in Japanese cuisine, serving different kind of maki, salad, nigiri, miso soup and edamame on a conveyor belt. Basic rolls such as California roll, Philly roll, salmon and tuna nigari, crab salad, and wakame are also included on the conveyor.
