Meet and greet point is at PIER 7 valet parking, boarding is at Xclusive Marina
Are there parking facilities?

What is the infant policy?
Infants and children below 3 are free, please inform about the number of infants/children
How to know which boat customers are booked on?
Customers will know 24 hours prior which boat will be operating, there is a fleet of three houseboats, 66ft, 90ft 125ft. Varies based on occupancy and schedule
Is this the same as a dhow cruise dubai?
This is a completely unique experience
Will customers be seated on upper or lower deck?
Upon making booking customers can request for the upper deck or upgrade by paying AED 25 per person but this is subject to availability. If seated on lower deck, they have an open area for photo opportunities and customers are welcome to visit the upper deck as well

Smart casual dress code applies. Boarding: 4:30pm, cruise from 5pm-6.30pm. Not valid during Ramadan. Merchant reserves the right to cancel in case of poor weather conditions or mechanical failure.
